“How much should I spend on my marketing?”

It’s a question we get asked often here at Intrigue. The answer is…

It depends.

In this video, our marketing expert Tricia explains that on average, most businesses allocate between 4-10% of their annual revenue to their marketing.

But there are many factors to consider, including:

  • Your industry
  • How long you’ve been in business for
  • Your customer acquisition cost
  • Your goals and vision for the company

These factors will help determine how much you should spend on your marketing. It’s important to remember that your company and your brand are as unique as you are, and there are no one size-fits-all solutions. That’s why it’s so important for your marketing partner to take the time to understand your business before charting an action plan.
