Paul Demarco

Paul is one of the cofounders at Intrigue and focuses everyday on how to help lead this organization to be the leaders in local marketing across Canada. He is also on the board at Bracelet of Hope and a member of the Rotary Club of Guelph. When he is not at Intrigue, he loves travelling the world and slowly ruining his eardrums listening to live music.

Navigator, Motivator, & Coach. My responsibility is to help direct the vision of Intrigue Media and ensure that we have the right people in our organization with the right tools to get us there.

As a co-owner of the company, I wear many hats. As CFO, I look after our finances and accounting. As VP HR I look after the framework under which our team members work and assist our managers in handling all aspects of human resources. As Franchise Director, I spearhead marketing our Intrigue Media franchise system and am the main contact for potential franchisees.

Darlene is the bookkeeper at Intrigue Media keeping on top of things and still manages to smile while doing it. When she is not happily working she can be found riding one of her horses out on the trails or just sitting back enjoying the company of her family and friends.

Starr wants to make sure your experience with Intrigue is stellar! At Intrigue, Starr is helping non-profits, businesses, and communities grow together. Starr loves meeting new people, buying local, green bins and her golden retriever, Lucy.

James Burgie

Using video, photo and graphic design, James helps local businesses to get noticed in their communities, visually. During time away from his computer, James enjoys snowboarding, making music and creating things.

Patricia Kopec

Tricia wants to ensure your experience with Intrigue is awesome! She is helping non-profits, businesses, and communities grow together. Tricia assists the sales team in business development. Outside of work she is an avid tea drinker, world traveller and loves getting active and cooking healthy.

Fred Sheuer

Fred is a part owner of Intrigue Media in Milton and Oakville. He generates leads for businesses through helping them develop a marketing strategy. His strategies involve a mix of online strategies, community visibility and strategic networking. When Fred is not helping businesses grow he enjoys being involved in the community in any way he can. Fred also enjoys hanging out with friends and family and solving the rubik’s cube.

Melanie is an online marketing leader at Intrigue Media. She helps clients get noticed and found in their community with AdWords and other online advertising platforms.

Vanessa works with local business owners to develop strategic marketing efforts, that help them achieve their goals! Outside of work she is on the board of the United Way, helps connect young professionals through her efforts as a YPN committee member, and spends time with friends and family, travels, and enjoys the odd Martini.

Alex is a writer, tech nerd, and social media junkie! His passion is using stories to connect people and organizations around the world. He is also an avid sailor, lover of fiction, and Star Wars fan. When he’s not working at Intrigue, he likes to spend his free time travelling, staying active in the outdoors, and meeting new people.

Mike is a Web Developer at Intrigue Media. He went to the University of Guelph and loved it so much he decided to settled in Guelph after he graduated. Mike enjoys playing classic Nintendo games, playing in various hockey throughout the tri-cities and cooking.

Nicole Visentin

Nicole is a designer, traveller and dog lover. She graduated from Guelph-Humber with her Bachelor of Applied Arts and Diploma in Media Communications. At Intrigue, she helps our clients get noticed through graphic design and video advertising.

Kris Ronan

Kris’ experience in sales and marketing has allowed him to build story driven and client centric marketing solutions to help local businesses reach their goals. Concentrating on the history and diversity of each client or community organization he works with, together they partner to develop lasting campaigns which lead to increased results focused towards producing more business and exposure.

In his spare time you can generally find Kris competing on a soccer field, sharing a laugh with friends over a pint of craft beer, or searching for the perfect sandwich. Some say that he once polka’d for an entire Oktoberfest non-stop, and that he once jumped over the Iron Horse Trail while riding the llama from Waterloo Park….all we know is he’s proud to support KW!

Zoey Taylor

As a Marketing graduate from the University of Guelph, Zoey is an Intrigue team member who was thrilled to find an organization she aligned well with out of University. Zoey is a marketer who loves helping businesses get noticed and found by their ideal clients. In the community she is on the Board of Directors for the Young Professionals Network of Guelph and is on the fundraising committee for the Big Brother’s Big Sister’s of Guelph Wellington and Lakeside HOPE House annual JOY Home Tour. In her spare time she enjoys getting fit, being around dogs, the occasional shopping spree, and spending quality time with her friends and family.

Seth Partridge

Whether Seth is helping local businesses grow through website and email marketing, or through empowering Intrigue’s client success teams, he approaches this work as the art he has been put on this earth to create. Outside of Intrigue, Seth enjoys hanging out with his wife, photographing weddings, drumming, and watching an unhealthy amount of Netflix.

Kate McKenna

Kate is a Social Media Consultant at Intrigue Media. She has a BA in Art History from the University of Guelph and an MA in Journalism from Western University. She loves writing, knitting, food and Amy Poehler.
