Compensation:

Compensation is base salary starting at $60,000. Additional compensation-related perks are outlined on our website.

The Role

As the Online Ads Manager, you will collaborate closely with our Ads Team to develop strategic initiatives, craft compelling campaigns, and engage with clients to drive successful online marketing endeavors. Your primary objective will be to conceive and execute ad designs across various platforms, ensuring adherence to industry best practices while achieving our clients’ specific objectives.

Here’s what that looks like:

  • You will: 
    • Document and improve ad management processes and plan team capacity.
    • Ensure quality output that would lead to minimal client complaints.
    • Ensure best practice campaigns are being implemented.
    • Team training for online ads when necessary.

MAP Build Process:

  • Review audits completed by the Conversion Team for prospective clients.
  • Scope campaign strategy, work, and investment according to the Intrigue Process.
  • Conduct keyword research to guide the ad strategy process as needed.
  • Website and Landing Page scoping.

MAP Implementation Process:

  • Attend and facilitate client sessions. Meet with clients to discuss their target audience and understand their industry landscape, then develop strategies based on these factors.
  • Create clear, effective, and targeted conversion campaigns specific to the audience for clients based on goals and objectives.
  • Advise clients and account managers on strategies to reach a particular audience.
  • Manage your roster of clients and your own schedule.
  • Lead campaign execution for conversion from idea creation to campaign implementation, including client meetings and scheduling.
  • Ensure that all campaigns are accurate, relevant, error-free, and that deadlines are met.
  • Conduct internal review for all ad builds and provide guidance & constructive feedback to the team.
  • Support and assist team members with producing clear, effective, and targeted campaigns specific to the audience.
  • Provide training, ongoing leadership, and guidance to your team and interns.
  • Stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to conversion marketing to improve our campaigns.
  • Budget responsibilities as required.

Client Results:

  • Create and set systems in place to identify and monitor client results based on paid ads department initiatives being implemented.
  • Maintain client satisfaction KPI set with COO.
  • Aid in achieving client objectives as identified in their MAP, as it relates to paid ads.
  • Manage and train the team with systems in place to ensure KPI’s are being met.

Best Practice Conversion Marketing:

  • Stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to paid ads marketing to improve Intrigue and client campaigns.
  • Advise paid ads team on updated best practice knowledge.
  • Monitoring initiatives.

Upserves:

  • Look for opportunities to bring to the account management team for us to further help our clients with paid ads, as appropriate.
  • Training and encouraging the content marketing team to bring quality upserves through the concierge.

What we’re looking for:

An Online Ads Manager brings a wealth of expertise in digital marketing, strategic campaign planning, and team leadership. With a meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to driving results, they leverage their strong communication skills and comprehensive understanding of diverse platforms to craft tailored campaigns that exceed client expectations and revolutionize online engagement.

Your skills and experience include:

  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing (preferred), or related field.
  • 1-3+ years of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Advertising or PPC experience 
  • Google Ads and Analytics certified.
  • Facebook Blueprint certified, experience with Facebook Pixels, UTM code, and tag creation.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English communication is essential.
  • Experience with landing page development and optimization.
  • Strong business skills & understanding of digital marketing.
  • Strong problem solving skills & high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing many accounts and communicating with clients on a regular basis.
  • Experience in managing a team who is responsible for meeting client goals and objectives.
  • Excellent communicator who is creative, flexible, positive, detail-oriented, hungry for success, and focused on results.
  • Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing multiple campaigns.
  • Ability to look at and analyze data.

Intrigue’s Hiring Process

  5. We will ask to speak to your past managers, employers, and direct reports as your references for this process.
