About You

You are a Paid Social wizard, strategically orchestrating campaigns across Meta platforms and diverse industries. Your distinctive blend of creative ingenuity and analytical finesse transforms each ad copy and design into a compelling narrative that captivates audiences, turning leads into conversions. 

As the natural problem solver, you thrive on the data-driven journey, fine-tuning strategies and optimizing Meta campaigns for resounding success.You are managing and sculpting ongoing client campaigns, infusing each with your creative flair and meticulous attention to detail. Your passion for success converges seamlessly with your expertise.

Compensation is base salary, ranging from $55,000 to $70,000. Additional compensation-related perks are outlined on our website.

The Role

As a Meta Ads Specialist, we will look to you to build and optimize paid social media campaigns across Meta platforms. You will manage multiple client accounts and collaborate with entrepreneurs to develop strategic campaigns that drive leads and meet business goals. Your expertise in Facebook and Instagram Ads, coupled with a strong analytical background, will be essential in scaling paid media campaigns for optimal results.

Here’s what that looks like:

  • You will: 
    • Campaign Management:
      • Use Meta advertising to generate leads.
      • Oversee multiple client accounts, working closely with local business owners to define goals, objectives, and budgets.
      • Develop cohesive and well-structured social media campaigns that align with client expectations and industry best practices.
    • Writing Ad Copy:
      • Craft compelling ad content that aligns with client expectations and industry best practice.
      • Develop cohesive, well-structured campaigns that resonate with target clients.
      • Build visually appealing ad creatives that grab attention and drive engagement.
    • Optimization Techniques:
      • Apply effective analysis and optimization techniques to scale paid media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
      • Utilize the Facebook Pixel to enhance tracking, attribution, and campaign consistency.
    • Data Analysis and Reporting:
      • Leverage Facebook Insights and cross-analyze data with Google Analytics to provide key insights and recommendations on campaign performance.
      • Use WhatConverts to inform campaign decisions and make data-based decisions or recommendations.
      • Generate comprehensive reports, translating data into actionable strategies for client campaigns.
    • Continuous Learning and Innovation:
      • Stay informed about best practices, strategies, legislation, and industry standards related to social media marketing.
      • Contribute to a culture of innovation by bringing fresh ideas and creative solutions to the team.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal to effectively work within a team environment and with clients. 

What we’re looking for:

Our Meta Ads Specialist will come to us with strong, proven experience working with Meta Ads to generate leads for service-based businesses, all relevant and up-to-date certifications, and strong copywriting & creative skills.

Your skills and experience include:

  • Previous experience working within an agency environment or working with multiple client campaigns
  • Proven strong, successful Meta Ads experience (minimum 3 years).
  • Meta Ads Certified
  • Experience in optimizing accounts to improve performance
  • Experience creating strategies (including ad spend budgets), implementing, and optimizing them to produce results
  • Proven skills in ad copywriting (English)
  • Substantial experience using Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager
  • A creative mindset to create high-performing ads
  • Data driven and curious to dive into the analytical performance of campaigns
  • Leadership & proactive problem-solving skills
  • Experience working within Google Ads is a huge asset.

Intrigue’s Hiring Process

A case study gives you a sense of the type of work we do here at Intrigue and for us to see your thought process. We will also ask you to complete an Emergenetics Profile
  4. The next step is to present your case study to Chelsey and Paul, Intrigue’s Co-Founder and COO, and have a more in-depth discussion about the career opportunity and your background if there is a fit.
  5. We will ask to speak to your past managers, employers, and direct reports as your references for this process.
  6. The last step in the process is, of course, the offer stage!
