At Intrigue, we believe that in order to fulfill our mission of empowering leaders to strengthen communities, we need to be leaders ourselves.

Our goal is therefore to develop leadership qualities in each of our team members. As Jim Rohn put it: “Leaders are readers” and as such, our team is expected to pursue their own growth journey through our weekly Leader Building program. We learn and apply lessons from the very best, including Seth Godin, Carol Dweck, Simon Sinek, Marva Wisdom, and many others.

We know that the only way to prosper in the chaotic environment of the 21st century marketplace is by having an empowered team of individuals who believe in themselves, their team, and their organization. Only then will we be able to successfully lead our clients, our partners, and our community forward.
