After many years of leading startups and tech companies into the competitive marketplace, Carol stresses the importance of paying attention to your company’s market size in order to see growth.

What do you do when people aren’t pulling the rope the same way? What’s your best advice for attracting new customers?
“Now that I’ve done it a few times, I have a perspective that it’s fun to learn new stuff, meet tons of new people and help others become successful.” — Carol Leaman.
Carol began her career working for a virtual reality company, before there was interest in this market space, and was able to turn around a struggling company by rebuilding their product and then getting them ready to sell.
Her next role was with Communitech. Carol had met a couple of entrepreneurs looking for investors and, before she knew it, she was at the helm.
Six years ago, Carol helped build Axonify from scratch. Using a combination of cognitive science and adaptive learning, Axonify’s goal is to change human behaviour and help employees succeed in their roles. Their strategy has had a dramatic effect on global powerhouses like Walmart, Johnson & Johnson, and Toyota.
