At Intrigue, we believe in empowering leaders and strengthening communities — that’s why we have decided to spotlight a ‘Local Leader’ each month!

Our Local Leaders are individuals who have shown both professional leadership and leadership within the community.

We are proud to live and work in communities with many amazing people who exemplify these qualities!

Brady Wilson is the founder of Juice Inc., a corporate training company that believes energized and engaged employees fuel great customer experiences and better business results.

Watch the ‘IM in a Car’ segment below to see Juice Inc. being interviewed by Intrigue co-founder Rob Murray — asking the right questions as a leader to brain hack others and have engaging, energized conversations.

Brady works in the space of energy, which leaders used to think was too ‘mystical’ and ‘fluffy’. Over the last few years this sentiment has changed. The impacts of a globalized workforce means that we are doing more with less. This can result in having talented people working in organizations who are engaged, but exhausted and depleted.

Brady’s vision was to figure out how he can work with organizations to create conditions so employees (and leaders) can be fully-energized throughout the day and still have energy left when they go home for their family, friends, and themselves. Watch Brady’s TEDx, How to Fix the Exhausted Brain here.

Brady believes that energy is released through conversations. When we can partner together with others, we can create a wonderful brain hack for both people that releases high performing neurotransmitters such as oxytocin, dopamine, and serotonin. When we can unlock these transmitters in others it produces trust, rapport, motivation, pleasure, and confidence. This can take our conversations with employees, leaders, and people around us to the next level without leaving them exhausted.

Watch Rob and Brady’s interview about learning how to unlock the brain’s potential to become a better leader and engage the people around you.
